CONSULTING SERVICES

Provide advice and consult with industry association, homeowner or condo associations board on any business or operations issues including strategic planning, committee structures, day-to-day operations and developer to association transition.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Serve as an extension of your board or association performing needed day-to-day tasks from managing your board of directors or committees to assuming the role of Executive Director or property manager to planning and facilitating board meetings.
